The booking is secured by email and by means of a 50% payment on account and signature of the official rental contract. The property is normally closed from December till March.

While staying in the hermitages, you can reduce your rental cost by
50% if you participate to the « au pair » special deal, this implies
3 hours of work (AM) in the olive-grove during Easter vacation (=
pruning season of the olive trees). Or during the olives harvesting
period which is taking place during November vacation and in
November each year.

July and August.
In March and April (out of Easter
vacation), the landlords give access to the guest-house with a 50%
discount providing the tenants help with clearing undergrowth
(machine available) and making hay, just bear in mind that this is a
“man’s” job ! Timing: 1 month part-time work in the morning Same
deal applies in October-November but out of November vacation.
